ALVR: Failed to create VAAPI encoder
Seems like hardware encoding is broken. This is fresh install. ALVR worked fine with bazzite 40 (gnome).
ALVR errors:
"Failed to create VAAPI encoder: Cannot open video encoder codec: Function not implemented
Please make sure you have installed VAAPI runtime."
"Encoder: No usable encoding profile found."

I rebased back to the latest stable image of 40 and HW encoding is working properly again. So something is missing/broken in 41.
