i want to change my game graphics so that my vandal look like the pic below does someone know the exact graphics quality settings for it

whats the difference to the normal graphics

because the old one had wrong title i did try to seek help before but it was fine

all on max settings
i want most fps out of lowest graphics as possible
of the vandal
ik some settings are unnecessary for this
