VALORANT fps stutter and dropping to single digits whenever menu is opened or tabbed out.
my fps settings are all locked at 100fps on all four options, and yet my fps still drops every time i open my settings or tab out.
fps drops randomly too - used to get around 150fps average and now average around 80 with stuttering and dips every few seconds
