PSA: Refined Power's Patreon wall milestone
Putting this here for everyone and hoping @Mrhid6 gives it a look as well - doing the Patreon Wall Milestone seems to bug milestones and locks you at tier 0 and renders you unable to build the Space Elevator even if you use the Advanced Savegame Settings to have all milestones completed.

And I do apologize if this is a known issue, I'm about to leave for work and just don't have time to join another discord to do the bug report
