Ficsit-cli to add Refined Power to a dedicated server.

I can select the mod to add it to the list of installed mods, but when I select "Apply Changes" in the menu then I get an error message. I've tried it on a profile with only this mod and also a profile with other mods that are currently working. The cli seems to handle dependency correctly as I have other mods with dependency's that are loading and working correctly.

Same here. Search mentions a pre-release SMM version fixing this, but clearly we're using the CLI. Full error to help people search this:

The SMM prerelease has since been released (2-3 weeks ago), but there's no new release of ficsit-cli
