net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I have an ASP.NET web application in which I am using the origin certificates generated by Cloudfalre.
However the browser is displaying this message.

My website randomly started saying that it's using HSTS, but I do not have the HSTS middleware enabled in my web api
