Youll need to provide screenshots in order for someone to delve deeper.
that is what pops up everytime i tab out the game
and it only happens for a minute or 2
the longer i'm tabbed out the longer that stays on my screen

I apologize, i was under the impression that you were receiving error codes and being disconnected. I’m not good at troubleshooting technical issues as other users that frequent Community Help are. I don’t wanna give you an answer and have it be incorrect or misleading. Only thing I could say is to troubleshoot your network and ensure everything on your end is ok. Unfortunately you’ll need to wait until someone’s who’s better at tech issues responds
pretty sure that's packet loss... go to settings > video > stats > packet loss, turn on graph > averag network rtt, turn on graph

To check if you're getting packet loss, open up Valorant and:
Click on the settings icon in the top-right, or hit escape and select Settings
Open the Video tab that's on the top of the screen
Over there, open the Stats tab
Scroll down until you find the Network area
There, you need to select Show Both for the Packet Loss option.
