so when you rank up you go to 10rr
and say you are at 99rr and rank up if you get 21 rr you would rank up and go to 20rr since it exceed rank up + 10rr
but if you are at 82 rr and get +20 you would only go to 10 rr
you wouldnt go to 12rr
