No Satisfactory installs found

Hello, I have installed the mod manager but not find satisfactory installs, notice that I have cracked the game but which, hopefully soon, I would like to buy. If this is the problem I put my soul in peace and I will make a deal, but if it is solvable some good soul could help me?
