Help with my plan
Hi! I've purchased the Pro plan for my domain on Cloudflare, they charged me, but it still shows I have the free plan. How can I fix this? I can't find where to contact you

This may be a browser cache/visibility bug. Try logging out and in again and/or using a different browser (-> different cache).
You should be able to use paid features after upgrading.
I’ve already done that, but it still shows 'Free Plan' and the features aren’t enabled either
Pro plans are per zone, sure you are looking at the domain/zone you bought the plan for?
When you look at your project account it might still say 'Free Plan', but your domain/zone should have the pro plan including features.
That's right. In fact, when I bought the Pro plan, an error popped up, but the charge went through at my bank and I got the invoice. However, the plan isn’t showing up

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.

Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
