Prisma Postgres Pricing
The pricing is unclear when comparing to pricing pages such as Supabase.
I see on the starter/free plan it notes
"
postgres ®
Included with every environment"
But what does this actually mean?
Can we opt for the free tier similar to supabase where we have unlimited API calls, specific amount of low storage, etc..?

Right now I'm not seeing much of a benefit of using the prisma postgres free tier unless I know preumptively I'm going to want accelerate or pulse... and at that rate, why not just add it on to an existing DB?
