Accessing URL Scanner DOM "DOM not available to account"

I'm attempting to do some page scanning using the cloudflare API. I can create scans, pull the scan result etc, but the important thing I need to be able to do is check the DOM (I need to check for the presence of some elements on the page), I'm attempting to do this through https://developers.cloudflare.com/api-next/resources/url_scanner/subresources/dom/methods/get/ When I make the request, I get this response:

All the other REST endpoints work, I can't see anything specific in my (paid) account that would affect this. API key is setup for: Radar:Read, URL Scanner:Edit, URL Scanner:Read What's the protocol here?
