Having trouble finding formal shoes for wide feet

Hey, I'm looking to try and find some smarter shoes for formal events and job interviews but I find that a lot of footwear, especially formal shoes, is far too narrow. uk - 8.5 eu - 42.5 us - 9.5 mm - 266 Budget - I wouldn't really want to spend over £200 but I'm unfamiliar with this type of shoe in general so I can be somewhat flexible. I'm UK based and its a huge help if I can try things on in person due to it being hard to find a size that fits well. Any recommendations, styles of shoes and brands would be much appreciated.

A lot of dress shoe makers offer wide fitting to accommodate that, but trying on in person would def be best. In the UK, i know trickers has some wider fitting shoes, and they can often be found at a discount on the trickers outlet site (not certain if the outlet is also a physical site). church's may also do the same but in terms of wide offerings but I'm not 100% on that
