Random Stutters and Freeze
Happens randomly throughout the game but is most common during gunfights

This is also the only game where the stutters are rampant, the rest of my games don't have any noticeable stutters outside of loading screens
turn off limit fps
and vsynce as well
how does capping the fps make it not stutter
