steam[22620]: ERROR /usr/lib/extest/libextest.soc
i have a 64 bit system and the libextest.so seems to be 32bit, anyone know a way to get a 64bit? I think i got about as deep as i could through googling shit. Got to the point i was reading to find source code etc etc
seems to occur anytime i have steam running (obv with steam[22620]: that adds up) but i never installed steam through discover, it was preloaded when i installed the OS. Anyways, thought someone here might know how to resolve it 🙂
Just seems journal shows me errors all the time related to this file, example below:
steam[22620]: ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/extest/libextest.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded (wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32): ignored.

this is not an error
steam is 32 bit so extest is 32 bit
you may ignore it entirely
