DI Transportation MOD Stuck in PATH signals
Hi, i notice that this mod have problem with path signals, its normal?.

It just stuck on every path ( i tested all 3 versions of train )

Is there a train in the next block segment beyond the path signals? This looks like typical train behavior when it is not certain it can exit the next segment without hitting something.

it has to do with computers are slow and lags on signals. On higher to mod machines there is no issues. It has to do with the computer cannot keep up with the signals and vanilla signal system crash. This is a computer speed issue not a mod issue and cannot be resolved by code. Get faster PC.
This has been confirmed on computer speed issue and when they did it on thier own machine including dedicated server on local machine it worked fine if the resources are there
the easy way to tell if your computer host is too slow. If the train stops before the signal then they will always work. If they stop past the signals then back up, that is a sign the host cannot handle them. This is repeatable and cannot be fixed by any means of modded code. This lag causes the vanilla train scheduling crashes but it does not crash the game and all trains. if you move any frozen train then move slightly forward and then set to auto again all trains start again.
All my trains are vanilla trains with new skins and speed tweaks. There are people also reporting this on normal trains on loading and unloading issues. Since my trains really on vanilla trains, it will integrate the same issues.
I dont think its pc problem, I have 3090 + 14900k + 32 ram + 2tb ssd
and its private game, not multi
so host must be perfect
and in BLOCK signals
its didnt stop
just in path
With vanilla trains i havent problem in path

So its not PC related
it must be the speed of this train + path signal
try it and you will see

if your pc is mid to upper they work fine. We have confirmed it has to do with the computer speed rather then the mod itself from all the testing. We took a mod from the slow host and placed it on a high end PC and all the issues was gone. It was the same map with no other variables but computer speed alone.
it even effects dedicated servers that do not have a lot of power can also show these symptoms.
32 ram is on the low end now days. Adv PC have 64GB + of ram and CPU supports windows 11
if you want me to prove it i can place the map on my high end PC and there will be no lag what so ever on the trains
are you the host or are you connecting to a dedicated server/someone else hosting? The host is the one that has to be the high end PC since it is doing the number crunching.

If you have other mods installed, you can always see if it's being caused by one of them

on s top it is suppose to go that slow on startup due to it will break the schedular otherwise
also signals are too close for faster trains and does not give it time to calculate signal ahead
if you remove other other one that should help it not to stop
if you can message me when your online then i can help you fine tune for the faster trains
also are you using the DI wagons because that will slow the trains down using vanilla due to the wagon breaking
that was changed on the DI wagons to allow for faster trains
