see this when starting the game it takes too much time to load after choosing the agent ,too much means like when i get in match 2 rounds already completed and 3rd round is going on and i am spectator and now game blaming me that i was AFK and gave panelty of 5 min restricted (and progress not counted) help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

see thess videos ,first video is of loading screen and second vid is game giving me penalty because game think i was afk and broke the rule
you were afk not by choice but were prtty much afk
install on ssd
and talk about it to support so they avoid giving you penalties
how can I reach the support?
