I've been trying to fix this all week
but my memory integrity just shows these 2 incompatible drivers which I don't know how to remove
I don't know if I should delete them too or not
you probably have a broadcom ethernet card, so download the driver for your ethernet card and uninstall the ethernet driver that you have right now through device manager then install your ethernet driver that you've installed
restart your computer and you should be good
I just ordered my ethernet online, so idk what driver to install
what ethernet card do you have ?
How do I check?
go to device manager
and open the network adapters tab
I have a LAN cable if that helps
This is what I see
is this it?
yes
Where should I download a driver?
realtek(dot)com/Download/List?cate_id=583&menu_id=297
aw that sucks
replace the (dot) with a .
nice
thank you
will i be deleting "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller#2"
once you've downloaded it, go back to device manager, right click on "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller#2" -> Uninstall device and check the option "Delete the driver software for this device" then hit the Uninstall button
when you've finished uninstalling it, open the folder that you've downloaded, extract it and run the .exe file
Gotcha! I'll test that out
Okidoki!
follow the steps and restart when you're done
will do
@jpplol Sorry for the ping but I'm still encountering the same problem
all good
Still these two
Idk if I should delete them or not
I don't want a BSOD
from what I see it's your network kernel driver
just keep your driver from here on your pc though
Yup!
idk how to fix it anymore
you can delete them through autoruns
learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
Would it be safe?
can't tell you with 100% certitude
hmm alright
I have the software
launch it
scroll down to the drivers tab
im here
and you should be seeing evbda
yep i see it
ebdrv too
do I delete it?
oh alright
yea
I delete both right?
yes
Alrighty
If I don't reply back my pc is bricked
restart and you can enable memory integrity
will restart now!
i think you've swapped your Ethernet card at some point
shouldn't do nothing as you don't have any qlogic ethernet card
I love you so much @jpplol thank you for this 🙏🏻
you're welcome have a nice day
Thank you!
