I've been trying to fix this all week but my memory integrity just shows these 2 incompatible drivers which I don't know how to remove I don't know if I should delete them too or not

you probably have a broadcom ethernet card, so download the driver for your ethernet card and uninstall the ethernet driver that you have right now through device manager then install your ethernet driver that you've installed restart your computer and you should be good

once you've downloaded it, go back to device manager, right click on "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller#2" -> Uninstall device and check the option "Delete the driver software for this device" then hit the Uninstall button when you've finished uninstalling it, open the folder that you've downloaded, extract it and run the .exe file
