open cmd in admin and type this :
it'll restart your laptop in your bios, head into the Security tab and enable the "TPM State"
It's already enabled

try right clicking onto it -> Update driver -> Browse my computer for drivers -> Let me pick from a list of availiable drivers on my computer, look for Security devices and pick Trusted Platfrom Module 2.0
you could also try to update your bios
