My friend got this sent to him and we’re not sure what to do to let him play again as it won’t let him join a game, join a party or invite anyone. If anyone can help I’ll appreciate that thank you!

same thing happened to me for disconnecting fr a wifi issue and its now banning me for a year, its just unnacceptable.
Fr we always play together and the game like wouldn’t load for him so he had to wait till the match ended and after he got that message and couldn’t play
