System Update Failed
Tried to update to 41 and there are two problems detected.
Problem 1: package openrazer-meta-3.9.0-1.1.noarch from hardware_razer requires python3-openrazer, but none of the providers can be installed
Problem 2: package razergenie-1.1.0-1.1.x86_64 from hardware_razer requires openrazer-daemon, but none of the providers can be installed

Found a workaround (fix?) on github, had to use
rpm-ostree remove openrazer-meta razergenie to remove the razer stuff and the update went through.
Now, seemingly related, I can't download openrazer.Openrazer update might have not made it yet so you might have issues today
Until the package has a f41 version, either go back to f40 or continue in f41 but abdicate (for a couple of days) of the package(s). I have to do that with LACT for example
Openrazer made it but the kmod needs a bump
