same happened to me today luckily I was looking at the dashboard just in time to cancel and stop the workers man this platform is getting annoying with each passing day

Same over the weekend. I’ve learned to only fill clips only $25 and I’m hesitant to put more I occasionally check runpod every few hours now to make sure there aren’t any hanging requests I also raised a ticket and provided a bunch of info but was basically brushed away

Did the worker restart itself after execution timeout or the timeout itself failed?

the worker didnt restart itself it was just hanging for 7-8hours when i checked it, if i didnt check it wouldve kept hanging the timeout itself failed i saw the "7H" or "8H" text in the worker box, i manually shut it down

Yeah, sounds like a bug. I'm evaluating h100 providers right now and runpod looks excellent but I think I'll implement a some sort of check from our end to cut any workers without assigned jobs.
