There are mods on the server, when I want to enter “Buildable Resource Nodes Redux” in the hub ore, it does not work. it does not accept it

have you rebooted the server since you installed it?
How exactly
not sure what server host you're using so I don't know how you'd start the server, but you can exit the server from the server manager in game
by typing "exit" in the server console

I'm doing this for the first time with the mods and it's also there for multiplay, as well as for the server is suitable

servers just need to be rebooted whenever you install a new mod
