how do i ensure my chance of getting the pokemon to spawn as I Tp to a feed. Does it have to do with anything for the forms or the exact one i choose.

How do i always get the pokemon to spawn when i tp to them, And do any of the things in the pictures matter

These are not actual tyranitars but probably zoruas. Lv29 tyranitar can’t have 910cp. It’s a bug where the zorua spawn seems to be replaced by the buddy.
