Transferring Domain from one Cloudflare account to another
I have a domain registered on one Cloudflare account and am now wishing to transfer it to my client's Cloudflare account. I followed this quick guide in the documentation that says to create a support case for this specific transfer since I'm not using a external registrar:

It's been almost a week since I created the support case/ticket with no human response back as of yet. I got an automated response on the first day, but haven't heard from an employee or support rep yet.
If anyone can help get me in direct contact with a support rep, or help escalate my issue, the case number is as follows:

I'm also wondering if I can do this myself manually. If so, can anyone point me in the right direction for doing this?

Transfer a Cloudflare Registrar domain registration between account...
Cloudflare supports the transfer of domain registrations between Cloudflare accounts when the source and target account both confirm the transfer. The transfer will result in the loss of all configurations and settings for the domain in the source account.
