Where to report serious website UX issue for new users?
Hiyas,
I've just created a new (Free) account to try out using Cloudflare with one of my domains (newdash.io) that's started getting a bunch of fake/spam bot sign ups.
Bizarrely, the Cloudflare UI when importing a domain is really not Fit For Purpose (as per attached screenshot).
Notice that Name and Content fields are unreadable due to the entire page contents being squished to just use a fraction of the available room?
How the heck did the Cloudflare UX people approve this page layout, and is all of Cloudflares stuff this bad/useless?
That being said, where's the right place to report this? The Cloudflare "AI" bot just generates false info (links that don't work), then stops answering.

I fail to see the issue here
Oh, maybe I'm blind?
Are you able to read the Name column entries ok?
but yes compared to the zone dns settings the padding seems unusual
I could probably try with Firefox or something, just to see if it's really a browser specific issue.
if you mean the columns where it says autodiscover, IMAP, newdash.io, etc... then yes
And you can read the Content field next to those?
At the end of the day though, I'm not going to bother trying with other browsers. I've just gotten fed up with the whole "Cloudflare" experience so far and deleted my account.
I see that those are partially omitted, but you can always import them and change them after the fact?
Maybe? That's probably something that someone who isn't a brand new user would know to try.
Me though, I'm a new user. And that's the UX they've presented me.
Anyway, I've deleted my account as it turns out Cloudflare seems to require control of the DNS servers for the whole domain just to even test things out. That's not going to happen, so no worries.
👍
Thanks for at least trying @Idle. 🙂
