Anti Radiation Box for Transport needs a change

Tested the mod and found a very big bug that makes it totally op.
The custom machine accepts Somersloops. Made a loop of two machine that do nothing other than packing and unpacking different items. Added a smart splitter to get the surplus items (e.g. ore and the box) out of the loop and feed them into storage boxes. After some minutes at least one container was completely filled :diefra3ThisisFine:
