Controller Detected In-Game; Input Not Working: Yakuza 0 and No More Heroes 2
As stated, my controller is detected, but no inputs work. I have tried the stable and testing branches of Bazzite, as well as the deck image with the gamescope session, but to no avail. I have tried the latest releases of Proton-GE and Proton-TKG, as well as Proton 8.0-5, but none of them changed anything. I have tried my 8BitDo Pro 2 in Xbox and DInput mode; neither worked. I tried with and without Steam input. I have reconnected the controller multiple times. I tried putting the game in a borderless window. I feel as though I have tried everything, and I truly don't know why I have the issue of controller input not working at all in some games even though it's detected. If it matters, I have a Keychron keyboard and mouse connected through 2.4 GHz on an Anker USB C hub, but I doubt that is related at all.

I'm gonna try a different controller. I have a 2.4 Ghz one, if that doesn't work, i'll try my actual xbox one controller

i give up, it also enables steam input every time i boot the game even if i disable it
this is so aggrivating
but i need to stop bashing my head into a wall about it
i'm sure mouse and keyboard controls aren't that bad
what hardware is this? a handheld?
I ended up just playing with a keyboard and mouse, but to let you know, it's a full amd desktop

I got to the first save phone booth before I had to go to bed last night
asking since i own yakuza 0 and can see if i can replicate

and i know on handhelds for some games if you want to play with controller, you need to hide the hhd controller by setting controller type to none
Other than that the game runs great

i had 2 VA and 1 TN screen before
but the TN recently died

Horrible viewing angles and contrast
so i moved my middle (1440p) VA to the right as a vertical monitor (replacing the dead 1200p monitor)

and got a new IPS 180hz hdr 1440p monitor for the middle
my vertical monitor is now giant
almost feels too big tbh since the old one was 24"

It's a surprisingly big difference
KK3 max xbox input works (xpad driver as its using 2.4ghx dongle)
switch input in bt works
xinput over bt also works
is this using the deck image or desktop image?
I tried both
well i am planning to get a pro 2 hall effect edition late november if its not fixed by then i can test but cant guarantee anything.
might be that support is missing in the xone module we use as we use one that is slightly modified to not conflict with other controller modules
