leather boot maintenance

Hello my lovelies, I know there are some guides online on the topic, but I trust there's at least a few people here who know their shit regarding leather boots and how to take care of them.
I'm asking specifically for my OL Camion Boots, I bought them 1.5 years ago and I can see the leather could use some help. Can you recommend any maintenance routine for the upper leather?
