Import SMM2 profile into SMM3

I have a profile with mods that I played with a long time ago, wanted to import it into SMM. I got an error that “the profile was created on SMM2 version and cannot be imported to SMM3”. Can I somehow find out at least what mods were in that profile?

if you can find the folder they're stored in, yes also if you have smm2 still installed you could copy the mod list should be in %appdata%
