Trying to find some sites or stores to go to for clothes under 50 bucks. Doesnt have to be a whole outfit mainly looking for pants. Style im going for is minimalistic, streetwear, and just comfy.

Second hand/thrifting honestly. You can get great stuff under 50 bucks with a bit of digging
Seconding the thrifting/second hand suggestion. Especially checking out eBay for simple staples where the measurements are easy to confirm.
Yeah the first step is know your measurements if you're buying online
seems a bit difficult since im new
and i dont have any tape measures or anything like that

get yourself a measuring tape so you can compare the measurements of clothes you like the fit of to clothes you're looking at online. tagged sizes are unreliable.
Measuring tape is cheap asf and a one off cost
