valorant registers moving error even though i stopped pressing keys on my keyboard

i stop pressing a, i shoot and my first shot is always a moving one
even when im counter strafing, moving longer etc.
didnt happen before i guess, saw it after the 9.07 patch and 9.08
i can send a few clips in about 30 minutes
anyone got some troubleshooting i could do?
