Do we just not moderate chat tags?
This guy was being racist or whatever and I report him for that and his tag, the moderator tells me that you can't report chat violations then I send it again and tell him his chat tag is inappropriate and he tells me he can't moderate overhead tags but it's a CHAT tag, I have a video and screenshots but he aint listening. I don’t think you can ban someone just because they hurt your feelings
I think you can go into commands in Roblox and do /mute

We don't moderate chat but im pretty sure thats a tag

Apparantly they're filtered using roblox filtering or something so its roblox's problem
they still moderate chat tags though

Roblox moderation is notoriously terrible and would NOT moderate a chat tag anyway
