Create Numismatics subaccount
It allows me to make the subaccounts and budget them. As well as make authorized cards for them. However, you cannot input the authorized cards into the bank terminal, only normal cards. This happens even if I give permission to the user to use it. Along with editing an existing account's title being so broken, it somehow crashes your game.

authorized cards intentionally aren't given access to the terminal because then they could change their own perms, but only to other blocks (vendors etc). This may be changed in the future to allow access to the basic terminal interface but still blocking sub account modification
Can I ask how I would be able to make a centralized bank and budget others on that account?
looks like a clipboard crash, and axiom has a mixin in the path of fire. You could try if uninstalling/disabling axiom would help
Alright then
if you have people you trust completely, use a blaze banker and its builtin trust list. Otherwise, you can set stuff up with depositors to enable extracting and depositing currency

various automation things mainly
sub accounts aren't generally meant to be used in a centralized bank controlled by some other player, at least not as built-in functionality (there's plenty of capacity for creative usage with the other blocks and a deployer, of course)
