What is your domain?
rnesocial.com
If you go down to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records and scroll to Cloudflare Nameservers what entries do you get?
what do you mean entries like DNS records
Ah you need to open a registrar ticket to have them fix the nameservers

https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/full-setup/setup/ it gave me this. How do I update the name servers in Cloudflare? It’s saying replace name servers with cloud flame servers in your register, but Cloudflare is where I registered it.

Setup | Cloudflare DNS docs
If you want to use Cloudflare as your primary DNS provider and manage your DNS records on Cloudflare, your domain should be using a full setup.
What gave you that? This is something that needs to be fixed on Cloudflare's side as you can't update the nameservers
The email I got from Cloudflare support this is the email
Aye do you think just transferring the domain to square space or something like that would fix this
In your support ticket drop those screenshots from above and this exerpt:
tell them "the cloudflare registrar has assigned incorrect nameservers to my domain"
oh and to answer your question transferring the domain could work but it probably won't work as quickly as getting support to change it for you
thank you man I did that and if that don't work then I'm just going to transfer it
