Zara for tops?
What u guys think of zara for sweaters and long sleeves? Or should i go for uniqlo or roots?

zara is exactly fine imo
Pretty fast fashion quality so I wouldnt pay full retail for many items
BUT they do steal contemporary designs pretty quickly so a lot of their stuff is trendy
In general uniqlo is kinda also "fine" but if you want to experiment with a style I wouldnt fully ball out. Maybe also explore 2nd hand options
Thanks! Yea Zara is pricey for a bnew one. I’ll check the 2nd hand one. The sweaters are really trendy, minimalistic and neat
I am not sure where you live but you could see if your city has stores like crossroads, buffalo exchange, and 2nd street
they buy clothing from people and tend to try to keep it on trend-ish. So your chances of finding something cool are higher than goodwill if you are looking for more modern "in" stuff
I live in canada i dont think we have those here
Im just gonna check fb marketplace
where in canada are you
i get a lot of good lil deals on poshmark (i'm in canada too) and there's solid thrift and consignment places in most places, but we don't have a single one danger named unfortuantely :((((
sorry I got US brain 😵
toronto GTA
We actually have one of the better consignment shops in I Miss You Man (on Ossington), tho it's a fair bit pricier than Zara. Roots is good but pricy as well.
You could see if there's a Common Sort near you, they're a consignment shop that's a big step up from a traditional thrift shop like Value Village but not quite as bougie and pricey as I Miss You Man or VSP or another fancier consignment shop.
There's also nothing wrong with Uniqlo, and I'd also consider Muji.
I love roots. Thats why i’m looking for second opinions, cuz its almost same price as sweaters or roots which I find comfy and good quality.
I’ll check those thank you
