What does transfer domains really mean?
A few seconds ago i somehow transfare domains but idk if its okay bc i didnt own any domain. Is it like know i can own these domains or is it gonna be declined?

That's quite strange scenario. You need to own a domain at any registrar and you may transfer that one to another registrar like Cloudflare. Or you may transfer from Cloudflare to other registrar. This is what my assumption.
