Unable to add another website.
Hey, hope everyone is well.
I'm trying to add a new website to my account on a specific domain and get the following error:
You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.
I have checked my billing page and there's no outstanding amount.
Adding different domains works fine... Any suggestions please?

If you don't see any unpaid invoices sadly slugging through the ticket queue is your only option

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.

How do I access the chat option on the enterprise level? icon is not there?
I did raised a problem but for like 2hrs have no response.
just an icon in the bottom right. Extensions/adblocker may block it, if you don't see it, try clean browser. Otherwise I would ask csm/etc, not sure if there's any other special enterprise restrictions
all extensions are disabled. no icon
then I would ask csm/whoever your contact is for more info (or just make a ticket about that too). Not sure if your new support is messed up or something
are they reachable via email ?
I don't think any of those errors say much. Don't think this is a global issue, I see the button still
