Are you trying to play on dedicated server?
I don't. I also don't have any other research mods installed
i had the same issue, making another research unlocked it
I finally somehow got it to work but it appears I cannot ping the producers. Everything else works as intended.
Same issue here, I have no idea how to unlock that research tree, and no instructions.
It was available to research for me after reaching a milestone. I guess it needs some form of advancement like this to unlock for whatever reason
If nothing works I think I added a debug unlock in the mod config.
Is there a work around to ping producers, too?
I have no advancements available. Everything is unlocked.
Try the debug option as described by @SifVerT
No idea where to even look for something like that.
@HelloCity Go to the main menu. On the left side there should be the option "Mods". Look for Factory Statistics, click on it, then click on the big red button "Unlock". It should work now.

@SifVerT Say, any chance we get an update so one can ping the producers soon? I just can't get it to work. Thanks for the mod, though. Helped me immensely already to flatten my energy consumption curve 😄
I have several fixes on my task list but I'll add it there.
