Experienced fit-thrower seeking advice & inspo for updating my personal style
TL;DR: Show me some modern minimalist workwear inspo
I've developed a personal style over the past 10 years that is harmonious and something I am proud of. It's mostly grounded in western and workwear. Recent changes to my body type (good, healthy changes) have caused a lot of things in my wardrobe to no longer fit.
Rather than just quickly replace everything with larger sizes of what I already know I like and wear, I'd like to take this as a chance to ditch what's not working and slowly update some things to be more expressive of who I am today. This is less of an overhaul and more of an update. I'll attach more photos of recent fits that I like, so you can get an idea of where I’m at.
I've imagined this update as “modernized casual workwear”. My career is not in manual labor, so I don’t need every piece to be rugged and hard-wearing. I like the idea of wearing softer, lighter versions of classic workwear textiles, like denim, canvas, waxed canvas, etc. I also like the idea of wearing pieces that are based on workwear silhouettes, but that have been tweaked in some way to create a more interesting shape. For example, A-shaped outerwear ala EG.
Some of my fav brands over the years have been RRL, Kapital, Drake's etc. I have a few unique vintage pieces I like to add in as well. Some newer brands I’ve admired (mostly via BBSP, admittedly) but have not had a chance to try out yet are MAN-TLE, Henry’s, Lemaire, Of Nothing, and Dana Lee Brown. Honestly, Lemaire’s Twisted Sleeve Workwear Jacket from this season is a pretty good distillation of what I think I’m moving toward.
All that said, I’ve had a hard time finding imagery and inspiration that blends the heritage styles I’m working with now and the more modern, sort of minimalist workwear styles I’m currently interested in. Does anyone have any advice on sourcing this kind of inspo? Any brands you can point me to that I may have missed? Do you have personal experience with this that you can enlighten me with?

the no man walks alone, self edge, blue in green, glasswing and blue owl brand list may be a good place to look, then find other stockists and brands carried by them and go from there
then find styling from those stockists or those brands either on ig, runways, lookbooks etc
snowpeak might be an interesting choice as well; they make a lot of workwear but there's usually some diversion involved, either in silhouette or in material choice
banned for using the world interesting sorry
Gardenheir another brand with things you may find interesting
frizmworks, another brand with heritage-inspired pieces (variations on french work jackets, flannel shirts, etc) that you might find interesting

Oh also Sassafras maybe a cool brand for you to check, they do a lot of really cool stuff based around gardening wear
Ok one thing this thread is teaching me is that there are so many brands I’ve heard of, and been interested in, but never tried out.
Also in terms of referencing shops/stockists, I find it so much more helpful when they do look books vs just product photos. Helps me to see how the thing moves and looks from different angles. This is why I like the j mag style of photography so much.
Labour Union is a newer brand that might be up your alley. Universal Works is popular as well
Epaulet still offers some excellent chore coats and jackets
also @art yes I am def vibing with the clusaz
They shoot women for their looks but Epitome of Edinburgh might have some stuff to draw on.
That reads a lot worse than it did in my head.
