4K Television Output not Working (Nvidia)

Hey folks!
New to Bazzite, not so new to Fedora (or Fedora on Nvidia on Wayland)!
I'm running Bazzite Latest (fresh install) with KDE on a system with an Ryzen 7 5800X and an Nvidia RTX 3080 and I've encountered a strange resolution issue. When outputting over HDMI to my TV I get not output. If I plug into an external 1440p monitor and boot I get output and all functions as expected (up to 1440p 165hz). If I then swap output to the TV, I get output but only at 1080p 60 and all higher resolutions fail to apply.
This same configuration with the same HDMI cable, port, and system are able to output at 4K60 to the same television under Windows 11 so I don't suspect it is a cable or protocol limitation! Is this a known issue or does it match any known failure patterns? Any specific driver logs to investigate or share?
Thanks for any help you can offer!

Oddly enough I've reproduced the issue in Bazzite Gnome as well 😞 I successfully booted the gnome based install while connected to My other external display (not the 4k TV) and, while I was searching for other potential next steps, the television came to life after about 15 minutes and is working successfully at 4K 60 I'm going to see if this behavior persists through a system reboot and also see if the wait time of 15 minutes is required on each boot or only for the initial detection! For those who might find this in the future, the television is a Samsung QN 65 which is often known to have some issues with external inputs, especially those from computers! For future readers! Upon reboot, everything functioned properly! The solution in my case appears to have been switching to gnome and allowing the system 15 minutes to extract itself from some undesired state!
