invoice inconsistency with card payments, waiting 6 months for response
from april and march Invoices do not match credit card charges, reached out to support, no response, we're closing year soon and need to get it solved, can anyone help?

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
I heard that few months ago that is undergoing issues. I created support ticket but nobody answered that ticket.

Have you created any post in the community with regards to the same? If not, would you create one, share the ticket number and someone from the community will escalate it.
They suspended multiple of my clients accounts because there was like a $0.10 debt on invoices that were paid automatically by Cloudflares system months ago. Cloudflare needs to get their act together

Yeah this status issue been going on for months. We weren’t going to wait months to use our Cloudflare account or weeks for a support response so just paid.
