I don’t know if my answer will satisfy you but when nebula gets condensed and star systems get formed protoplanets, dust and debris smash into each other most of which are oblique collisions cause head on collision are rare since a lot of lining up is required, hence these oblique collisions add up and give the rotation to newly forming planets and after that since space is complete vacuum you don’t have air drag and stuff to stop the rotation But as sir said all these are just our assumptions and we can’t answer everything

I'm going to give you the cop-out answer. Fundamental physics is really hard to understand. So if you try and explain gravity or say, why does a plane or a bird fly, you will get some answers that you can write in an exam to get marks, but beyond it, if you explore things people don't really know, I'm giving you the final thing. But there are a lot of answers that you can obviously find online.
