now my website sometime is 520 and 524
i want to know it's problem is on my website or cloudflare ?

As the message says, your server.
Check your server logs for anything or you can unproxy and go right to the origin
is not about cloudflare cache right ?

It's hitting an issue connecting to your origin, that's after cache
Make sure you have allowed all Cloudflare's IPs to connect
I use cloudflare and cloudfront. I don't know what is the root cause of the problem
it has been working normally for a full year but just started having problems recently
