FPS is automatically "limited" to around 20 fps in attacker spawn, but my fps went back to normal when i goes under the shadow

is there any fix?
seems to me that it doesnt lag areas like defender spawn and B site, but my fps is reduced to 20 when i try to play in attacker spawn
and it remain constant on the graph (a flat line)
Check if you've capped your fps in settings
v sync
naturally capped at 60 to avoid screen tear
even when off, it still put the line at 20-40
no spike on chart,just a horizontal straight line
