I play val every day and when i try to login on my phone it says ive didnt play for a long time so i need to recover it can someone help?

Explain what you mean by “login on your iphone”? Are you talking about your Riot account page?

Whenever logging into a new device or if a new IP is used, then Riot will request a verification code sent via email to verify the new login. If you play everyday then access to the email shouldn’t be an issue.
