Power led on sleep
Hi, is it normal that my power led stays on on my rog ally even though I have activated extreme standby mode?

If it's connected to the charger yes
I'm talking about the power led, I tried with and without charger and same result... The extreme mode doesn't seem to work I lost a lot of battery in a short time
Which ally do you have
Does it work fine with extreme mode off?
If the light stays on sleep is broken
Ive z1e, I have a dualboot with windows. Bazzite was installed when this feature did not exist.I updated to this option but it never had the desired effect. It doesn't work at all, whether it is on or off
Does sleep work without it
Try updating your bios and firmware
Bios and firmware ? From bazzite ?
You said dualboot
Go to windows and do it
Yes, but firmware... Work for bazzite then ?
Yes just go update
I didn't think Windows was acting on Bazzite, but then what is the Bazzite bios update option for?
I know my bios is not up to date because I use smockless..I think about it but I disabled the energy saving options thanks to smockless..
But maybe that's what's creating the problem 🤔
I disabled "Global C-State" in bios..
Ha and this too x)
This is definitely one of those options! My led is going off now!
Thanks for reminding me of the bios, I had forgotten about these modifications x)
Why do you use smokeless
For timing ram and disabled some energy setting
Some energy setting that caused sleep not to work
The ally will do 40w stock you don't need smokeless
Don't mess with the ram timings
I forgot that detail x)
I hate microlag, I need constant fluid, so I did like with my old big pc..
I always use the rog in dock but I wanted to try the quick resume and why not finally use it as a portable, but I had forgotten these modifications x)
It was global C-State issu.. i Can keep the other setting. Thks for help
