press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box, type '%appdata%' and hit Enter. Then, navigate back one folder to 'AppData', dive into the 'Local' folder, find the 'VALORANT' and 'Saved' folders, then the 'webcache' folder inside 'Saved', and delete everything inside. This won't affect your game data; it just cleans out old cache files
