What are the lowest possible settings for my low end PC to become functionable?
I've been recording Valorant lately and they lag hella lot, I use OBS for my recording so pls help

Then you should invest in a beefier setup or have OBS running on a separate system.
(Edit: i do believe operating OBS on another system should allow for some form on integration)

Set it to the lowest ingame graphics and see how it does, then you can increase until you've matched your desired level of "ok graphics" and "playable"
