My account is locked when I tried to reach support team with help for name change I have given every detail they wanted still no help from their side it feels like a bot replying every time can someone please help

The list of information they need is quite extensive. Transaction receipts alone wouldn’t be sufficient for any form of account recovery. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is submit another ticket and provide more of the requested information.
Attached is a full list of all things asked by Riot Support for account recovery....

Unfortunately no. Any and all account related issues must be submitted to Riot Support. All staff here are not Riot employees and the Riot developers who are here will redirect you back to support.
I tried reaching to the support and gave them all the information they needed i even gave them transaction recipients and first mail
Then you’ll need to await their response. Nothing further can be done until then.
Please note that you can reply to the email sent from Riot Support to continue the conversation without needing to submit multiple tickets.
I did but they are giving the same reply every time and closing the ticket

I have tried to given as much as i could and given many of them
they replied to you and gave you a reason as to why your not getting the accoutn back buddy

you can find when you created ur val account in ur email and all the other info you should know besides what was the first skin you bought
